Balanced Strategy

Strategy Highlights

Guardian’s Balanced Strategy’s objective is to achieve a blend of capital appreciation and current income by investing in a mix of stocks and bonds. The portfolio consists of individual stocks that are considered undervalued by the market and exhibit a track record of consistant dividend growth. The portfolio’s bond allocation consists primarily of short and intermediate term corporate and municipal debt with investment grade credit ratings. Portfolios are allocated 50-70% to domestically traded equity markets and 30-50% to domestically traded fixed income markets. The allocation may include preferred stocks, REITs, and MLPs.
